Shipping

Shipping within the UK

We aim to dispatch all orders placed on the same working day. During busy periods, especially around Christmas, processing may take a little longer. In these cases, please allow 2–5 working days for us to prepare your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your parcel has been sent.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class or by courier, depending on weight and size. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

We’re unable to guarantee Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 14:30 on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following Monday.

Christmas Delivery (UK)

Our last guaranteed posting date before Christmas is Monday 21st December 2025


Returns

We hope you love your order from We Love Paper, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your items to us in a saleable condition within 28 days for a full refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, in which case we will reimburse your return shipping costs in full.

Please email us at hello@welovepaper.co.uk to let us know you are returning your order. We recommend keeping proof of postage or using a tracked service. Please include your name and order number in the parcel and send returns to.

Once your return has been received, we will email to confirm and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send a photo to hello@welovepaper.co.uk and we’ll advise you on the next steps.
